Qualchip production team leader has ever successfully handled dozens of SoC products with various technology nodes, production flows and supply chains in the
past years. From quick engineering samples to volume production, we deliver on time through sophisticated production plan and control mechanism and full
supports from our supplers. In addition, as a local design service company, we know the ropes of efficient and speedy  import/expert operations here in China.   
 
To deliver prototyping chips at the earliest for customer verification, Qualchip also takes suppliers’ turn-around time and logistics reasonableness into account
when determining the supply chain. Moreover, after the project kicks off, production team also get involved to consult with assembly and test teams to figure out
the fastest way of providing engineering samples.
 
To fulfill customers’ demands after volume production, Qualchip customer service staff will closely communicate with customers to verify their needs. Base on
6-month rolling forecast customers providing by customers, production team  checks with suppliers and gets their production capacity support for us to confirm
the delivery plans to customers. Again, with who own outstanding schedule and quality control capabilities, we could accomplish our commitments.
