Qualchip full Test Service starts from dealing with customers’ RFQs to handling volume test, the major jobs includes:
1) Propose optimal test solution based on RFQ
2) Make the test plan in association with customer''s and internal design team
3) Develop and debug test programs for wafer sort and final test
4) Design and prepare test accessorie: socket, probe card and load board
Handle volume production: yield monitoring and management, abnormality handling, test time reduction, failure analysis supports
